The project was delivered in sprints. Every sprint ended with a presentation of the scope of work, a demonstration of functionality, Q&A, and planning for the next sprint. In the later stages, compiled software was delivered for testing. After approval, it was deployed to app stores. Further updates were developed based on feedback and deployed via app store.

Project management was handled effectively and effortlessly. At every stage of the project, we were well-informed of the progress and what was coming next. Delivery was always timely, even when we pushed challenging deadlines. Our needs were always well understood and effective solutions were suggested very quickly. It is intuitive and fast, allowing users to easily sign up for upcoming events, it happens automatically. The appearance of the application is a big advantage, it is elegant and reflects the atmosphere of the club in 100%. It encourages you to attend your events and allows you to save the upcoming event in a private calendar, which makes it easier to plan the entire week.
