I'm the marketing manager for a high end shoe company.

What challenge were you trying to address with The Ginger Agency?

We initially engaged The Ginger Agency to provide branding services as we started our company.

What was the scope of their involvement?

The Ginger Agency started working on our branding from the start of the company, developing our website, providing SEO services, and overseeing email campaigns in the process. They've worked on specific advertising for Black Friday and oversee digital marketing strategy and PPC campaigns.

What is the team composition?

We primarily work with Hilliary (Manager of Client Services, The Ginger Agency), as well as a great designer, Susana (Art Director, The Ginger Agency).

How did you come to work with The Ginger Agency?

We had heard of them through local magazine features and liked that they were based locally. They were easy to communicate with from the start.

What is the status of this engagement?

We've been working together since November 2017 and the relationship is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The Ginger Agency created a luxurious experience for our customers in line with our vision. The Black Friday campaign they worked on resulted in our most successful weekend for sales–we almost sold out of shoes. Overall, they've helped our business grow significantly and created branding that sets us apart in a very saturated market.

How did The Ginger Agency perform from a project management standpoint?

We usually hold kickoff calls for new projects and collaborate closely on any revisions as needed. Their turnaround time is very quick and their team continues to be very responsive and receptive to our needs.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They're very analytical when it comes to creating designs that influence consumer behavior. Their design team is very talented; they're able to come up with unique ideas and provide valuable insight.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No. Compared to other agencies, they're a lot more transparent and seem to genuinely care about project outcomes and client satisfaction.
