We hired gHost Services LLC to develop a custom cloud based application. The goal was to create a platform that will be secure, fast and user friendly.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We have selected gHost Services LLC based on trust and competitive cost of project.

The scope of work was to develop a SaaS platform which was using advanced search, different type of custom dashboard, user roles and permissions, reporting, etc. Delivered product was fully ready for production with all the components, including payments. We have used Node.js, React.js, ElasticSearch for main part of the project.

The project has been completed and is fully functional now, we are trying it with our customers and currently is in maintenance mode with the team.

The team was using agile for the project management, everything was transparent, weekly calls with the team when needed, direct communication with any team members when required.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They were very client-oriented and professional.

Working with gHost Services LLC I realized, that they are approaching any problems seriously and always improving to make the client happy.

We selected this vendor based on their past projects, cost estimate, and work quality.

The main goal of the project was to develop End-2-End cloud based and scaleable platform, including it's marketplace, management dashboards, Android and IOS applications.

About 8-10 people, including Project Managers, DevOps, Software developers, QA.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We had a partnership with gHost and trusted them with the development of our e-commerce platform's website, dashboards, and mobile apps. They met our expectations and beyond!

The primary thing that we were fond of while cooperating with the team was their level of responsibility towards the project they had undertaken.

They never overdue deadlines, delivered high-quality work, and even provided us with things that we didn't even ask for in the framework of the project. We would definitely cooperate with gHost again and again!

Our main point of contact was project manager, however, we were working with three additional engineers.

Developing end-to-end functional product for us.

On time. Very transparent.

I wish they would have more resources available we could use.
