Gerard was an extension of our Marketing Team and our creative partner that designed and built all our marketing and sales collateral and digital assets for many years including, newsletters, direct mail, online, social, websites, sell sheets case studies, sales plays, email campaigns, signage, PPT presentations, blogs, landing pages, industry trend reports, etc.

They are great at project management, had weekly status meetings and they responded quickly to all correspondence. There communication was excellent, reaching out immediately if they needed clarity or had a question. Their turn around times beat the best of agencies out there and the staff working with us truly were an extension of our team. They delivered all tasks on or ahead of schedule.

The Gerard agency is transparent in their pricing, there quotes are always aligned to the final invoice, It was so wonderful how seamlessly they integrated into being an extension of our team.
Most agencies just give you a project manager to communicate with but with Gerard you always had access to everyone - the writers, designers and production people too, so we didn't have our comments and feedback go through middlemen that would of elongated the timelines and things would get lost in translation.
And lastly, their turn around times are super quick, which enabled us to be nimble which was a benefit supporting the Sales team who needed material for RFPs and pitches with tight deadlines.
Are there any areas for improvement or something Gerard Agency could have done differently?
I cannot think of any improvements or any constructive feedback at this time, they have just been an excellent partner to work with and I hope to continue working with them in the future.
