What was the scope of their involvement?

GeoPITS Global Pvt Ltd partnered with us to deliver an end-to-end data migration project, covering planning, execution, and post-migration support. The team conducted a detailed assessment of the existing data environment and defined a structured migration and cutover strategy. GeoPITS Global Pvt Ltd handled schema mapping, data transformation, and migration execution while ensuring data integrity and consistency. Special focus was placed on minimizing downtime and business impact during the transition. Thorough pre- and post-migration validation was performed to ensure accuracy and completeness of data.GeoPITS Global Pvt Ltd used Microsoft SQL Server, Azure Data Factory, Azure Blob Storage, Azure DMS, and custom monitoring scripts. The team provided prompt support during stabilization and addressed issues proactively. Clear documentation and knowledge transfer were also part of the engagement to ensure long-term sustainability.

GeoPITS Global Pvt Ltd delivered exactly what we were looking for. They put up an entire migration plan, server-wise, with completion and sign-off reports. We had almost zero downtime and an improved data structure for better query performance. The speed improved by at least 2x, and the majority of the technical debt was reduced.
