Please describe your company and your position there.
I am the marketing director at Sky High Tree Services. We focus on generating clients for our tree surgeon business through Google. We focus mainly on South Yorkshire.
For what projects/services did your company hire Genix Marketing, and what were your goals?
We were wanting to generate leads locally in South Yorkshire, UK. Our main areas were Rotherham and Sheffield. So the goal was to get keywords such as "tree surgeon rotherham" and "tree surgeon sheffield" onto page 1 of Google.
Which we did, then we expanded onto other services such as tree removal and many others and we have been able to get page 1 for all keywords. After hiring 3 other SEO agencies to do this for me, Genix Marketing were the only seo agency able to do this and more
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
We were referred to Genix Marketing by a friend who has been using there SEO services to great effect as well. There price point is competitive for the quality that they deliver. They have a really good local reputation and online reputation.

We started of by discussing keywords and areas. From here I know there was research done on keywords, which was then reported back to us to cherry pick the most vitally important keywords to generate new leads.
Once we had selected the keywords, they were also montiored in Google for there ranking, so that we could see month on month the increase made with the SEO services. Each month we would recieve a report which showed us in "real time" the current rankings, which I thought was a nice touch.
After 3 months, we had ranked on Google for all our chosen keywords.
How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
We were assigned two account managers. One of whom managed the technical side of the SEO on our website. James our other account manager updated us once a week on the progress been made.
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
Since implementing the SEO strategies Genix deployed, we have successfully getting on page 1 of google for over 100+ keywords. We have seen a massive increase in call, enquiries and overall conversions. As a business, I am now fully booked for the next 3 months. Since starting in 2018, business has never been so good.

Projectment style was very relaxed, open and knowledgeable with some great knowledge, insight, data been shared.

The level of SEO campaigns executed by this digital marketing agency is not just some of the best in Newcastle but the UK! They have already won awards locally for been known to deliver on there promises.
