Develop a scalable interactive poster platform interface that users can interact with and control using voice commands, proximity and hand gestures. The display will respond according to the user. The platform will use facial/body detection, NLP (Natural Language Processing), AI (Artificial Intelligence) and ML (Machine Learning) technologies to control and puppeteer a digital character. 

All compute logic and core software function will take place in Verizon's AWS cloud, minimizing the hardware requirements on the poster end. A TV, mounted vertically, will be used to replicate a poster size display. digital character, animations, sound and scene design will be stored, processed and rendered from AWS and transmitted from the cloud to the display over 5G UWB (Ultra-Wideband).

The project management was excellent. The project manager was very organized and communicative, and they kept me updated on the project's progress every step of the way. They were also very responsive to my questions and requests, and they always made sure to address my concerns. All of the items were delivered on time, or even before the deadline in some cases. 

The project manager was very good at estimating the time required for each task, and they made sure to build in some buffer time to account for unexpected delays. When I asked for a change to the scope of the project, the project manager was very accommodating. They worked with me to understand my needs and then revised the project plan accordingly.
