The city also includes the Dubai Exhibition Center, which provides world-class services for hosting exhibitions and conferences, and will be a leading family destination.

We saw steady growth in installs and active users, higher activation and repeat sessions, and improved 30-day retention. App quality and performance also improved, with a higher crash-free rate and faster launch times. Core feature adoption (e.g., map usage, event browsing, notification opt-ins) increased, App Store ratings trended upward, and our release cadence and time-to-publish content from the CMS to the app both improved.

When our priorities shifted, they handled change requests smoothly, adjusted the plan without drama, and communicated impacts right away. Overall, they were responsive, solution-oriented, and easy to work with.

Equally impressive was their organizational rigor: clear plans, proactive communication, and dependable execution that kept the project on track.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Geeks2Connect InfoTech Private Limited could have done differently?

While the team was highly responsive and consistently accommodated small, short-notice changes, large urgent changes were harder to absorb due to limited immediate capacity. For future, higher-stakes initiatives, building a stronger backbench would help—i.e., maintaining a readily available pool of vetted engineers and designers who can be activated quickly for surge needs. This added depth would preserve delivery velocity on the main roadmap while enabling faster turnaround on unexpected, large-scale requests, without compromising quality or focus.
