The client was happy with the engagement. They supported our staff and were cost-effective.

We had people on our team handling project management. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

They were willing to work with us and be flexible, especially when COVID-19 started. I appreciated that a lot. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

They could improve their billing processes. Bills are due within five days of receipt, but with our other partners, we have 30 days. It was slightly more difficult to make payments as well because they’re international.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Within a two-month timeframe, GeekGaucho helped us bring the prototype online. Our goal was to test a new e-commerce shopping narrative and identify potential market segments. GeekGaucho not only delivered the prototype on time but also provided ongoing support. Their contributions were invaluable, and we greatly appreciated their assistance.
