We carry out the requirement in detail, they are carried out together to define the steps, scope, define the database, languages, server architecture, front and back end. Geek Vibes presents the project in detail and deliveries are made for testing until final implementation

We have a project leader for systems development, another for Mkt digital, 1 to 2 programmers and 1 to 2 designers. The CEO engages in the first project definition session

The internal communication of the franchisee network has been improved by 80% after the improvements in our intranet. The management of social networks has improved the positioning of our brand, which is reflected in the leads that arrive at our stores

It begins with an objectives meeting, followed by the delivery of a detailed plan with due dates. Biweekly meetings are held with the project leader to measure progress and make tests and improvements.
