I’m the co-owner of Legendary Wall Art, an art marketplace.

What challenge were you trying to address with Gambit Digital?

We needed help with our PPC efforts.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Gambit Digital provides us with paid advertising services for Facebook, Google, and Instagram. They initially did audits of our ad accounts before starting to implement their strategies and campaigns. Now, their team is in charge of developing the ad campaigns themselves, using and editing the content I provide, whether it is raw videos or images.

Gambit Digital is also in charge of creating the content themselves for some campaigns. For example, their Facebook strategist is currently running a hashtag paid campaign through a platform where we can get influencer content. This person gets that content and puts it together to create video ads.

What is the team composition?

I work with three people from Gambit Digital: Ryan (CEO), who checks in with us and ensures we’re happy; Kenny (Director of Paid Social), who handles our Facebook and Instagram ads; and Luis (Senior Director of Paid Media), who handles our Google ads.

How did you come to work with Gambit Digital?

Gambit Digital reached out to me a couple of years ago to offer their services. One of their strategists had worked with a company similar to ours and thought they could do a good job for us as well.

How much have you invested with them?

I’ve spent around $200,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in March 2021. Although we paused our collaboration for a moment, we’re now again working together.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Gambit Digital keeps our ROAS on 2X–4X on average, which is very good.

How did Gambit Digital perform from a project management standpoint?

Gambit Digital’s project management is very good; we haven’t had any issues in that regard. We communicate via Slack and Google Meet. Additionally, I talk with Ryan over the phone every now and then.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Working directly with Ryan has been great. He’s very flexible regarding the structure of our contracts, and he’s easy to talk to and work with. Having the CEO involved directly in the project proves that Gambit Digital really cares about their clients and ensures that they get everything they need.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Give them some time to get the strategies planned out and implemented. It could take a few months to get a great strategy up and running.
