We need to make html/css for Cloud PBX/Call center/CRM system. As well we needed to redesign site and design crm SYSTEM

We found Galaxy IT on the freelance platform.

We sent to Galaxy IT step by step all parts systems screen. And Galaxy IT experts were created modern html+css. all our suggestions and improvements were done.

I have communication with SEO but at least as I know all time html/css developer and designer work with us. For now Laravel dev will be create new site.

We recreated our app to new moder design. and next month our clients will use that.

We used freelance messages, and Galaxy IT answer and done all task enought fast.

I'd like to say thank to Galaxy IT team. They are really experts in HTML and CSS web design.

I would be happy if anybody from Galaxy IT team will improve Angular skills and hope with tasks accross html/css and typescript

We are a modern high-tech enterprise that uses the latest production equipment and highly qualified personnel. HARDY PE has been producing women`s clothing for more then 10 years now. During this time our company has proven itself as a reliable manufacturer of high-quality textile.

We started cooperation on website development of a new website, then continued on targeted and google ads.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

It was my friend's reference. The decisive factor was the business meeting. That`s when I understood that the team were true specialists and they were really interested in development of a quality product

Steps:

1. Discovery – gathering info on audience, industry, goals and competitors
2. Idea – brainstorming in order to outline the most important client`s features and reflect them though design concept and functionality
3. UX design - wireframing and prototyping (accomplished in Figma)
4. UI design – home page design first to reconcile the style concept, then inner pages design (accomplished in Figma)
5. Development (accomplished in Figma)

Directly we communicated with 2 people:

1. Project manager of the project (who led everything from the very beginning)

In short, for the first year we entered the TOP 10 online clothing stores in Ukraine. Now we are planning to enter the European market

The whole project and all tasks are written in asana. Communication is conducted in various ways, from correspondence to personal meetings. At the expense of deadlines, they are all strict. They haven't been broken in all that time.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Approach to the client. They treated my project like their own business. I liked it very much. They also gave a lot of important recommendations, thanks to which we were able to successfully launch our online store.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I do not even know. They arranged me 101%, so I can’t criticize or recommend anything
