I’m the CEO of TGR Healthcare, LLC. We’re a healthcare management company.

What challenge were you trying to address with Galactic Web Services?

We had somebody else working on our website. However, they were never getting it finished. I hired Galactic Web Services to create a website for us.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Galactic Web Services is helping us create different websites for us with the purpose of expanding our business. Since we own several companies, all of our websites will be linked together.

They’ve created the website for a nursing and rehab center, and they’re currently working on another website for a different nursing home within our company. After that, they will create the main site for TGR Healthcare.

What is the team composition?

I just work with Justin (Founder).

How did you come to work with Galactic Web Services?

We already knew Justin and the work he had done for other people, so we decided to switch to Galactic Web Services.

How much have you invested with them?

We have a monthly contract, but we’ve spent around $3,000, so far.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with Galactic Web Services in November 2020, and the partnership is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The website that Galactic Web Services developed has had a positive impact on our business. It’s what we’ve needed for a long time.

Galactic Web Services sends us a monthly metrics report. In that report, they show us the number of people that are looking at the website, ways for us to reach out to a better audience, and aspects that we’ve not been focusing on.

So far, we’ve only had one report. However, we’ve gone through it, and we’ve had the management team look at it to find a way to better address everything.

How did Galactic Web Services perform from a project management standpoint?

Galactic Web Services’ team is very responsive. They’ve made sure that they gather enough information to build our websites. Since they’ve already created the first website, the second one is going a lot faster — I have someone assigned to the work to make sure we get all the needed information to Justin.

Galactic Web Services sends us a monthly metrics report. In that report, they show us the number of people that are looking at the website, ways for us to reach out to a better audience, and aspects that we’ve not been focusing on.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Galactic Web Services is a lot faster than the other person that was building our website. We’re a lot happier now.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I don’t think there’s anything bad about them — I’m still new to working with them.

Any advice for potential customers?

For someone that’s new to putting a website together, just make sure you give Galactic Web Services enough information. It’s very important to let them know about your industry and what you want. Once you give them the information, they’ll put it together and ask for feedback.

On a monthly basis, Galactic Web Services works on our website and maintains the platform. We keep them on retainer to make any changes and update the site.

Justin (Founder, Galactic Web Services) is our main point of contact.

Our IT lead used our networking resources and gave us suggestions for our project, including Galactic Web Services.

We have a monthly retainer with their team, and we’ve spent around $2,500. 

What is the status of this engagement?

We’ve been working together for almost three years.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Since starting the engagement with Galactic Web Services, we’ve seen more overall engagement from our customers, including more calls to our business. 

How did Galactic Web Services perform from a project management standpoint?

They’re responsive and get everything done quickly. On a monthly basis, Justin monitors the platform and implements any changes we ask for. If I send an email, Justin addresses our needs quickly. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

In addition to being responsive, their team understands our needs. We’ve had no issues with them. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

There’s nothing that could be improved. If the site needs to go down for a few minutes, Justin makes sure there are no surprises and informs us.
