I am the CEO of GoLearn, an online learning platform.

For what projects/services did your company hire Fletofix, and what were your goals?

Fletofix manages our website and my digital marketing footprint. They create content for our website, as well as provide other marketing services to reach potential audiences.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Fletofix developed our website from scratch using vue js and laravel. They designed and built the platform, edited the content, and delivered a product based on our references — we were aiming for a website presence where people could reach out to us, and they did that for us. Fletofix has also managed our internet advertisements and all of our google listings as well.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

They designed and developed a new website for us. It is as good as we wanted. And most of all they did the job on time.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

I'm in regular contact with the CEO of Fletofix, as well as a Project Manager on their team.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We began working with Fletofix during our slowest months of the year and we knew we were facing some challenges. However, we have definitely seen results from their work, and it is gaining momentum! Part of the process has been discovering what our roadblocks have been so we can tackle them and make the necessary changes. They are committed to the long-term success of our partnership!

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

Effective communication is key, and we have been very happy with how our teams work together. Fletofix is very responsive to emails, and our weekly calls are very productive. We have found tools that allow us to collaborate with ease.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The most important thing to me has been how personable and relatable the Fletofix team is. Because of this, we are able to comfortably brainstorm and throw ideas back and forth, resulting in a really creative environment. When things don't go as planned, we are able to pivot and try something else. We are having fun!

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I don't have any at this point.
