Digitalcare si one of the largest and most complex marketing agencies in Slovakia. We have already taken care of more than 800 clients. Our group has an annual turnover more then 15 million euros. I am in the position of CEO of the company for the last 9 years.

How did you select this firm and what were the deciding factors?
We tried standard recruitment processes also negotiated terms with more headhunting and recruiment specialists. They offered us the best mix of services, fair prices and professional approach.

At the same time, they performed their own selection of suitable persons from internal databases as well as from the databases of interested applicants. They processed personal interviews as well as meetings.
What I appreciate as added value is that they also performed the initial training of the candidates, which greatly relieved our company.
