What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

I was struggling with a website that looked okay but never really felt connected to my audience. Even though I have my own in house design and development team, working with Funnel Intelligence Group and their development team brought a fresh perspective that completely transformed my design sense. They didn’t just redesign pages. They immersed themselves in my brand and walked through the site as if they were my customers. That perspective completely changed how my website works.

They suggested changes me and my team wouldn’t have thought of. What impressed me most about Funnel Intelligence Group was how deeply they understood my brand and my customers, even more than some in-house teams. Their ability to spot things my own team missed, suggest smart improvements, and explain the reasoning behind each change really stood out. Are there any areas for improvement or something Funnel Intelligence Group could have done differently?

If anything, the only area for improvement would be even more frequent check-ins during the early stages, just to align ideas faster. But overall, their communication and delivery were strong, and nothing disrupted the project. Everything else went smoothly and exceeded my expectations.
