I had used other website builders and we both agreed Wordpress would the optimal website builder. My partner and I were able to view websites and pull our ideas into a sheet and then we spoke with our project manager (Cory) to come up the basic outline.

After I put a request in for a quote about a unique and niche business, Jacob called and discussed to learn more about me and what I needed. After that conversation he quickly got the ball rolling to the final product with complete professionalism.

Being that this is the first website development company I have used I am completely impressed and happy with my decision to work with funnel boost media.

Primarily reviews. We looked over companies that had good reviews and advertised that they work with a wide range of companies. Our full intention is to grow to do work regionally, so we didn't want someone only versed in our local area.

We started out meeting with Jacob and then got to work with the development and project management team. We have been satisfied with the amount of time in-between communications and do not feel like we lost anything going with a larger company. Right now the goal is to finalize some of the functionality on the website.

We are working with multiple people from the team. However, our primary point of contact at this time is Cory. upfront we worked with Jacob and the sales team.

So far we are really pleased with some of the emails and branding work they have done insofar as business cards, and customer deliverables. We have been consistently impressed with the quality of work and how that has had an effect on our customers and acquiring new customers.

They have been very timely, and to be honest have typically been waiting on my team to get back to them with approvals and such. We have had no issues in this regard. They added us to a slack room so we prefer that over using emails to go back and forth. Feels like we are texting with the entire team during the work hours.

They have been very good at guiding us in the correct direction. I feel like as a business owner you are almost to close to your own company to know what is good for you! We have learned that Funnel Boost Media has a perspective that is more broad and possibly appealing to our customers rather than appealing to us, which is the most important part of marketing.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

No I have not had any issues that I would say need to be corrected.

We were impressed at how much Funnel Boost Media knew and how they were able to identify what we were describing and wanting for our website. Their professionalism and knowledge were very impressive.

This company was veteran owned, being a Veteran myself, I trust companies that are owned and operated by Veterans. Not exclusively, but it certainly helps. One of the owners is a military Veteran and I implicitly trusted him right away.

Branding began with assisting us with our email signatures and creating method to schedule meetings and integrate with our google calendar. We also needed logo, branding, and work with our social media content & campaigns.

We have noticed a significant increase in our sales related to the ad campaigns. We track every aspect of the campaigns and have been pleased with some time related to the performance of those campaigns.

We had no issues with the workflow and subsequent projects.

time conciseness is something that we have struggled with in the past. This agency is very efficient and works as fast as my team does.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

None that I can consider at this time. I would like to see advancement and possibly some R&D to assist with the constantly evolving nature of advertising with this method. Also - an email list with new products or services would keep existing clients in the loop. The company began offering hosting services and we were unaware for sometime.

I’m the owner of a directory created to help people find addiction rehabilitation centers. We focus on finding treatments for behavioral issues and drug addictions based on the user’s geolocation, financial capacity, and insurance coverage.

What challenge were you trying to address with Funnel Boost Media?

I needed someone to build the directory for me. I had seen similar sites, but none of them was doing what I wanted to do — a directory based on insurance and treatment type.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Funnel Boost Media built my directory. They had to gather data from various sources and compile it together into a database to make it searchable while making our site easy to use at the same time.

Making it user-friendly was one of our most important requirements. Most of the searches on our site come from people in an unfortunate place looking for help, so we needed to provide them with various options for what they were looking for easily. Additionally, we needed to monetize our service, and Funnel Boost Media helped us build that functionality on the backend as well.

After completing the development, I was introduced to the marketing side of Funnel Boost Media. We created a strategy for taking what we had built and ranking it across the country using certain keywords. That marketing effort has continued on an ongoing basis.

What is the team composition?

Jacob (COO) and Kyle (SEO Specialist) are my main points of contact, and I’ve also talked to a project leader.

How did you come to work with Funnel Boost Media?

I found Funnel Boost Media on Google. After many meetings and conversations with various companies, they seemed to be the best fit for us. I got different quotes, and they weren’t the most affordable, but neither the most expensive company.

As this was a big project, I wanted to select a vendor that could take my vision, understand what I was trying to do, and explain it back to me. Funnel Boost Media showed the best grasp on what I was trying to build.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent around $50,000 with Funnel Boost Media, including the cost of their marketing services which currently is around $1,500 per month.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together at the end of 2017, and the development was completed by mid-2018. However, we’ve continued to work together, keeping the site up to date and tweaking some parts of it. Additionally, more development phases will probably come up in the future.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

The website built by Funnel Boost Media is great. It is functional and usable, and everything works the way that we wanted it to work.

As for the marketing side, we’ve seen more and more keywords ranking us on page one and two of internet search results, and we’ve continued leveraging more keywords and building more pages. Additionally, We’ve continued to see our impression and click rates increase.

How did Funnel Boost Media perform from a project management standpoint?

Funnel Boost Media’s project management is great. I can send them an email or a text message every time I have a question, and we hop on a call every once in a while to discuss ideas. Additionally, I’ve met with the project leader a few times. They also send me reports, and we use the Google Console to see our site’s statistics.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Funnel Boost Media does what they say they’re going to do. I worked with other companies in the past that only gave me excuses. Funnel Boost Media doesn’t make excuses; they just get it done.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I would love it if their services were more affordable. However, what I’m paying for is worth the money. I’ve had a great experience, and there’s nothing that they could improve on.

Don’t be shy to contact them. If you’re thinking about new ideas, you can call them, text them, or try to set up a meeting. They’re very responsive.
