Please describe your company and your position there.

I am the owner of a baking company. We bake and deliver cookies to businesses in Southern California.

For what projects/services did your company hire FullStop?

I wanted a unique logo designed for my company. Moreover, I wanted the company to have full ownership rights to the logo. I started to design my own logo but soon learned that many DIY design websites retain ownership of designs made on their platforms.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I began researching logo design and ownership rights, and I came across a very helpful article written by Waqas of Fullstop. I submitted an email inquiry to his firm and he responded to me personally within 2 business days. He was very prompt and professional in his responses, so I knew he was serious about my project. Also, he was transparent and answered all of my clarifying questions.

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

He had me submit a brief describing my company, the feel I wanted to get across to my clients, and the overall look I wanted for my logo. He asked for half of the payment upfront, then he submitted my design concepts to me the following day. The design concepts had descriptions that accurately mentioned parts of my brief; the designs were made specifically for my company based on the brief I submitted.

I worked only with Waqas, who is the Co-Founder and Creative Director of Fullstop.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

After receiving my concepts, I submitted a lengthy email with my choice of concept that I wanted to revise. I mentioned aspects of the other concepts that I liked, and Waqas took all of my input and created an amazing revised logo. This all happened in a matter of days; his turnaround time was very quick, but he was also clearly attentive because his designs and revisions specifically addressed my comments.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Waqas was very easy to communicate with. I live in California, so I knew there was a time zone difference, but he emailed me back within 24 hours of me emailing him.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I was blown away by the final logo I received from Fullstop. I went from inquiring about a logo design to having an amazing logo in 2 weeks. Also, the logo was exactly what I was looking for. Waqas paid very close attention to my suggestions to tailor my logo. He is very creative and has a good eye for design.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I couldn't ask for faster or more attentive service, and the pricing was very fair.
