My name is Patrick, and this is my Fuller Story.
Helping business leaders and entrepreneurs tell their story has become a passion for me. In fact, I developed the Fuller Entrepreneur Series in which I interview other entrepreneurs in an attempt to challenge the belief about what entrepreneurship looks like.
I’ve worked with a lot of people to help them share their unique stories and create content marketing that really works. At Fuller Story, I’ve developed a step-by-step process that ensures that you’ll be prepared (without getting overwhelmed), you’ll have fun (without breaking the bank), and you’ll end up with a story that you’re excited to share with others.

Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the owner of ParaCore, a marketing agency. We provide various services for companies, including PPC and advertising support.
What challenge were you trying to address with Fuller Story?
Our client needed a video for us to incorporate into our social media advertising efforts for their company. We hired Fuller Story to help create this video to demonstrate our client’s product and be more informative.
What was the scope of their involvement?
We started the project by speaking with Fuller Story and discussing our strategy and objectives for the video. Once we figured out who the audience was and what the messaging should be. Then, their team and our client came to our office a few different times and Fuller Story filmed the videos. Their team also handled the editing and post-production work for the final videos.
What is the team composition?
I worked with Patrick (Founder, Fuller Story).
How did you come to work with Fuller Story?
I’d known the owner of the company for a while, so we had a high level of trust between our teams. I knew if there were any hiccups, we could work it out efficiently with them. They were also the right price to ensure our project was profitable and I knew they produced high-quality work.
How much have you invested with them?
This project cost around $3,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started the work in April and the project wrapped up recently in October 2019.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
I don’t have any statistics or metrics, but it was a smooth engagement. In typical projects between agencies, there are multiple rounds of edits and changes needed that end up damaging the profitability and workflow of the engagement. In our case with Fuller Story, there were very few instances of back and forth, so the project was successful in that way. Their team produced a great final product, which was really valuable for our agency.
How did Fuller Story perform from a project management standpoint?
They were great at working within our schedules. Patrick was very flexible, even when our client’s timelines went off track. In addition to being accommodating, they made our workflow very smooth and easy between the teams.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They were incredibly trustworthy and easy to work with—which goes a long way in our industry. A lot companies produce good quality work, but you can’t trust their opinion. These softer skills were what made Fuller Story a great partner.
Are there any areas they could improve?
There’s nothing I can think of for them to improve.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
I can’t think of any advice because there’s nothing special you need to do to have a great engagement with Fuller Story. They were easy to work with and I’d recommend them.
The final video was well-received, resulting in minimal back and forth between teams and contributing to an all-around successful engagement. The Fuller Story team was effective and skilled, leading the process with flexibility and insightful opinions.
