Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the AVP of operations at Herbal Farm, a nutraceutical company that sells supplements, beauty products, and FMCG products. We’ve expanded to Poland, selling supplements and FMCG items like honey, coconut oil, and sugar.

What challenge were you trying to address with Fulfilio?
We needed Fulfilio’s help with fulfillment and onboarding onto an online platform.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
Fulfilio helps us with our warehousing and logistics needs. They handle our inventory and arrange shipments for us. On top of that, they help us pack for special occasions, such as Christmas. We tell them what we want, and they pack and ship it.
Moreover, they advise us on which platform we should use in Poland. They’ve introduced us to Allegro and given us an account manager. Once an order is placed, Fulfilio processes it, delivers it, and collects the payment. They also provide us with contacts for marketing and manufacturing.
What is the team composition?
We’ve worked with their CEO, and our main point of contact is a manager. We’ve also met with their COO.
How did you come to work with Fulfilio?
We contacted Fulfilio through a business advisory board in Singapore.
How much have you invested with them?
So far, we’ve invested between $10,000–$20,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
Our engagement started in January 2024, and the engagement is ongoing.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Our sales have been growing and increasing every month. Form November–December 2024, our sales have doubled. We can also see real-time data from the platform’s backend, which linked to Fulfilio’s inventory.
How did Fulfilio perform from a project management standpoint?
We haven’t received any complaints about delayed shipments. We communicate through WhatsApp, and they reply within the same day.
Are there any employees from the service provider's team that you would like to give a shout-out to in this review?
Arkadiusz has been advising us from day one, and we go to him whenever we need assistance.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Fulfilio gives us 100% of their attention. Additionally, they’re down to earth and have given us support from day one. The COO meets with us, and the team treats everyone equally.
Are there any areas they could improve?
No, there’s nothing I want them to improve.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
If you want to enter the Polish market and need someone to handle deliveries and inventory, Fulfilio can do it. Their network is fantastic, and they can handle cash payments.
