What was the scope of their involvement?
Frontier Marketing handles all of our pay-per-click campaigns. We had just opened a facility in Ohio, which took us out of just the local Jupiter, Florida market and into more of a national scope. We have been working closely together as far as the expansion, and working to maintain a certain cost per acquisition. They are also running A/B testing to really make sure we are as efficient as possible, and to make sure the overall cost per patient acquisition stays beneath a profitable point so that we have a good margin.
We wanted to build everything from scratch, and I relied on Frontier Marketing to do the keyword research. They would always provide good feedback. On a regular basis, we will look in the news to see if anyone famous has checked themselves into rehab. All of a sudden, someone might be searching for that person’s name, and any information about them in connection with a rehab, instead of searching for our services specifically. We have collaborated a lot in order to really bring the overall account to an excellent level of efficiency.
As far as the website goes, which I handle, they gave me feedback on the designs and the content. Frontier Marketing really handles the copy on landing pages and the design there. We continually run A/B tests, and test pages against each other to make sure that we are getting the best results we can.
What is the team dynamic?
Daryl [Daryl Johnson, CEO, Frontier Marketing] and Charlie [Charlie Chance, Director of Paid Search, Frontier Marketing], the 2 members of the team I work with, are very easy to work with. They have great personalities and a good sense of humor. We keep things light.
How did you come to work with Frontier Marketing?
When I came to Lumiere, there was already a connection with Daryl at Frontier, so we just continued down that road. They have continued to prove themselves well, and we have been with them ever since.
How much have you invested with them?
We have spent approximately $65,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working with Frontier Marketing in December 2016.
