Kuna - the platform for exchanging crypto-currency.
Customer background:
Customer had a working ctypto-website.
Business challenge:
Redesign a website to make it more usefull and friendly to the clients.
Move a website frontend part from angular to react.js.
Integrate new layouts to react.js

Have created a new layouts for main landing. The design was provided by customer.

Frigocontrol - the platform for controlling services for industrial objects
Customer background
Customer has a team of engineers for servicing equipment of industrial freezing.
Business challenge:
Company has some engineers who work on different industrial objects. In this business there is a big problem to find documentation and history of repairing equipment. As a result, repairs take more time.
Customers want to see time tracking and documentation about completed work to improve the services quality.
Solution:
Have created a platform based on YII2 framework.
Have added equipment documentation and information about main characteristics to the system
Have provided a quick access for service engineers to this system (from mobile application version)
Have provided a functionality for engineers to fill in the form about completed work in the application every day
Have generated reports based on data (about completed work)

HandStore - the e-commerce platform for buying clothes with the discount.
Customer background
Customer has a company that sells the clothes with the discount. They planned to release e-commerce platform for growing business up.
Company has a online store for checking and controlling all operations (delivery, payment, brands, product quantity). This store is independent and not connected to e-commerce pratform.
Business challenge:
Customer needs to fill data on 2 platforms for working. He wants to fill the data only in store application. And automaticaly move new data to the e-commerce platform.
Solution:
Have realized auto update and upload for googs data from MYSTORE (images, information, price, count in store) by using MYSTORE API.
Have realized the data uploading in little portions by using cron scripts, because of more than 10 000 goods in MYSRORE. It helps to save a good performance.

SppedRun - the platform for watching youtube speedruns for professional gamers.
Customer request
To build the platform from scratch based on privided layout.
Realization:
Have created synchronous video watching from 1 to 4 by using the Youtube iframe API.
Have integrated the customer’s layout to WordPress CMS.
Have created a new WordPress logic for working with videos.
Have modified the Wordpress admin interface for editing speedruns.

WEBHMI -The platform for watching industrial equipment data
Customer background
Client has service company. They have experience in diagnistic and repair of industrial equipment for freezing.
Customer has a different industrial controllers on product store.
Business challenge:
Company clients are warning about temperature control in chambers.
Company service needs to have quick reaction on equipment errors and temperature jumps
Company customers need the system for controlling temperature in chambers.
Solution:
WEBHMI controller is inslalled in the industrial object. This device fetch all data from control devices (Modbus RTU protocol)
Have installed web interface in CRM system Frigocontrol and displayed the data from controllers there
Have installed alerts for informing service engineers about dangerous situations

Voda+ - the eccomerce platform for selling plumbing products
Customer background
Family business, client has 2 offline stores and more than 1500 goods. The business has never been working thought the internet
Business challenge:
Customer wants to increase sells throught the internet. To do this they need to create online store and step by step push business to online way.
For the beginning, customer needs basic functionality of online store. Then to do API integration with other eccomerce platforms for getting clients.
Solution:
Have developed a layout. The design was provided by customer (PSD layout)
Have integrated a layout to Opencart system. Have created additional pages that weren't in layout.
Have checked opencart functionality. We have simplified cart logic. It helps clients buy easier.
Payment and deliery systems integration.
Register online store in google services and relevant platforms, that can help clients to find them.

I'm head of the national non-governmental (non-profit) organization Ukrainian Deminers Association (UDA). The main purpose of this organization is to solve state problems in the field of mine action.
Currently the members of the UDA are 141 people from all regions of Ukraine. Potential of the UDA is more than 1000 people (the capability statement of the UDA is attached).

Since COVID-19 disable opportunities to provide offline training we hire Front&Back to develop the online platform that helps us to continue the education program.
How did you select Front&Back and what were the deciding factors?
We had a choice between 3 companies. Front & Back offered the best technical solution and it was within our budget. The important point was also joining Front&Back manager to our processes after the first contact.

The scope of works included:
- Create a platform that can use 100 people at the same time and easy to extend.
- Develop a custom registration process.
- Develop a course management system from scratch and implement a lesson system with testing.
- Develop a system analysts.
- Design a locking system

We communicated with 3 people. 2 developers, and project manager.
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
We make our goal. For the 1 month, 200 teachers used our platform. We have got 60 certificates and that was our goal for this pilot project.

I was satisfied with the quick reaction and availability during the day. Most of the problems we had after the start were resolved in 1 day. We had ongoing communication that helped us to do the job on time.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
We didn't have a full understanding of the final product, but people in this company had it. They resolved 90% of technical questions and offered us the best ways. In my opinion, we got more than we paid.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
We are satisfied with the result. For now, we have a list of tasks that we provide in the next iteration.

We required the creation and support of a few websites and landing pages.

I worked with Ivan, their founder, before and his work was brilliant, so there was no doubt about which contractor to collaborate with.

We should create two websites (for clients and for employees), several landing pages, and a few closed pages for internal use. All these resources are quite complex, contain much information, and require many backend features. Moreover, we needed fast and quality support for these products. When we were at the first step of negotiation and planning, from Front&Back proposed us to create websites using new technologies for us - frontity and react. And now I'm extremely glad that we followed their recommendations - websites are fast, easy and modern.

There were 3 people who worked on these projects - 2 frontend developers and 1 backend developer
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
Their involvement was perfect - when we worked on websites' development there was feeling that I was working with an in-house team, not with the contractors. It started with their great and argument proposals for new technologies and finished with the prompt reaction for any changes we've made (of for support requests) - it always was within 2-16 hours.

We used slack, skype, and Jira during the development process (and support) and they always showed the lightning reaction for any changes and requests.

I was extremely impressed with their expertise and their knowledge of new technologies! And of course, flexibility, easy and fast communication

For what projects/services did your company hire Front&Back?
For front-end development and design a little (initiative guys and proposed modifications to the project, which we accepted and implemented by them).
What were your goals for this project?
It was important for us to work quickly. And this team not only works quickly but also did more tasks during this period than we expected.
How did you select this vendor?
Our friends recommended them (used to work with them too).
Describe the project and the services they provided in detail.
- Have created a pages layouts based on customer's design (nearly 30 layouts)
- Have regrouped a CSS layout build for creating a custom component library
- The layout has been partially integrated to Laravel platform
- Have created the chatroom based on vue.js
- Have realized testing and bugfix of the oldest and newest versions of layouts (nearly 40 layouts).
- Have provided the architecture for development mode that helps to develop faster and without big bugs.
- Have provided design solutions for banners, platform components (menus, page design - add colleague).
- Will ask them to test our platform.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?
Our solution moves our business (HR agency) forward by creating a new platform to make easier searching candidates by working with experienced recruiters safely, efficiently, decreasing costs.

Project management is very professional, especially compared to other vendors, the team is great, with a sense of ownership.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
They always offered the best solutions for the implementation of our tasks. Definitely, it is very valuable to us. The initiative is always appreciated by us.

I have no comments, I'm totally happy we found them.
Thanks to the efforts of the Front&Back team, approximately 200 teachers have used the platform and produced 60 certificates which was the goal that the company wanted to achieve. The team was able to solve 90% of all the technical questions that arose during the project.
