I work at a fast food restaurant Turkey as an assistant brand manager.

We developed a game on our mobile application with frank.

What were your goals for this project?

Our goals were to increase our downloads and app usage rate by developing a game on our app.

How did you select this vendor?

We collected offers from different vendors. Frank was the most interested and knowledged vendor.

Describe the project in detail.

After selecting the vendor we had a briefing session on what we wanted. They were really quiıck to unsertand what we wanted and had the right solution real quick. After a week they presented us a mockup and after our approval they finalized the development in 2 weeks.

What was the team composition?

There was a project manager whom we contacted all the time but there was a developer team and a creative manager on the team.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

In the campaign period of 45 days we had more than 400,000 downloads. Our numbers increased hugely.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The project manager was always available and easy to communicate with. He and his team was always there for us if we had any questions or any development. They are a great team to work with.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

What i was impressed most was that they are not just developers but they also are an agency whom you can work on creative side of your work too. They are task oriented, easy to communicate, loyal to timelines. All the time working with them it was like having a team in our office. They were always there for us and helped us out trough the process. I and my team personally learned a lot from them. Their communication skills are making working with them much more easier.

Are there any areas for improvement?

In our project we worked with and the second project we are working with i couldnt see any areas to improve. Our projects were coded in html and in that area i think they have everything a customer could ask. And as management wise we are glad to be working with them on our digital projects from now on.
