What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
My experience has been positive. We did some changes in the middle of the project and these changes were applied well. We finished the project on time. We had some delays but they were from our side.
The part they worked on is working fine. It went through a number of tests and performed well. The additional features we are still working on weren’t agreed to at the beginning. We are in the middle of integrating their system and our system. The integration model was our suggestion, and we really appreciate them doing their best to do this. The final integration is going well. We’re looking forward to its release.
How did Fram Software perform from a project management standpoint?
They were delayed for a couple of days, but it wasn’t very urgent for us. There weren’t any significant issues. They were friendly. The product is working and that’s what matters to me. They added additional things for us, which I really appreciated. We communicate via email and Google Drive. During testing, we communicated through WhatsApp.
What did you find most impressive about them?
I expected there to be more issues, but there weren’t. They met 99 percent of the requirements and they fixed whatever needed fixing.
Are there any areas they could improve?
No, all our requirements were fulfilled and we’re satisfied.
