Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

Currently, we work with five logistics service providers for our deliveries of physical products such as direct mail. We needed to integrate our fulfillment and dispatch system with their systems for the generation and printing of labels according to each model, and to track each package until final delivery to the customer. Additionally, we needed to calculate the shipping cost of each package according to the rates of each logistics company and provide our customers with a unique tracking system.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

First are the reports from each sprint, which document the progress, adjustments, and deviations from the original schedules. On average, they were at 94%. Second are the results from our own performance, quality, and security testing, which were highly rated. Lastly, the response levels to service requests according to the agreed service level agreements, which were at 97%.

The timelines were very closely aligned with the original schedule, which had a deadline agreed upon with the logistics providers. Only a few changes requested by us extended the delivery times by two weeks. Fraktal provided a project manager who was responsible for managing resources, partial payments, and ensuring that the schedules were met. Fraktal's business model allows for flexibility in projects with any degree of uncertainty
