We hired Foxy Technology to develop our parking application. The app searches nearby parking locations, allowing users to book and pay in advance. It has features like ratings, checking requests, tip management, and GPS.

What were your goals for this project?

My goal was to create the best app in the industry. We have a huge issue with parking spaces and a large number of smartphone users but they don't have local parking app. So I thought to get this done and make parking easily available for users. The goal was to get a perfect app without any bugs and a get a proof on score an I think Foxy did a fabulous job.

We got a reference from a business partner, who worked with Foxy Technology for a few years. They were positive about them and told me to hire them instead of a freelancer. We believed them and hired Foxy Technology.

Our Android and iOS apps help users find neaby parking locations. They have user profiles, hotel registration, PayPal integration, reviews and ratings, maps, and AI technology. 

What was the team composition?

The initial team only had two people, but the project was huge. They came up with new plans and asked to hire more resources. The final team included two iOS developers, two Android developers, one designer, and one backend developer.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The outcome was perfectly brilliant. Since they delivered the project on time, we captured the market quickly. Within one month of launch, we had 90,000 users.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We worked on a milestone basis, and the project completion was outstanding. I managed the team with one of their project managers. They delivered updates every week, used the latest tools, and responded quickly to Skype messages and emails. All their developers and managers attended our Skype meetings. During the entire project lifecycle, we never failed once. 

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The best parts of the project were their high communication standards, rich knowledge of app development, quality code, and professionalism. Since I had a good budget, they always asked me to suggest the best features. Hire them if you want a stress-free project.

Are there any areas for improvement?

They should hire a marketing team. They're the best at deployment, and I wish I could have it all in one company.

The Khalas app allows users to search for and hire service providers by location. These include maids, electricians, plumbers, drivers, mechanics, and car tow services. We tested the app on different devices.

What was the team composition?

We worked with the following: one project manager, one Android developer, one iOS developer, and one PHP developer. At first, I thought this was not enough, but their weekly progress inspired confidence.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

As promised, they delivered a high-quality app.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The project manager was quite skilled and knowledgeable. They followed the proper format for mobile development, unlike other vendors who agreed to everything but failed to deliver. They sent weekly updates and explained the possibilities.

Our communication was excellent. We had daily Skype calls. They were highly responsive to messages, even on weekends. They have a great sense of humor.

I was impressed with their professionalism and loyalty. I highly recommend them to any investor.

Their work was excellent, so I never felt any need for improvement.

We had less than six individuals involved, but I am unsure of how many Foxy had; I never asked.

We reached 5,000 installations within the first year with quite a lot of positive user feedback. 

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Because I was the primary contact on our side, communication flowed seamlessly. If any team member had trouble grasping a task or resolving an issue, they were unafraid to admit it and sought help from another member right away.  

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I was impressed with their knowledge, flexibility, and responsiveness. Easy to work with, they quickly understood and processed minor requests.

Are there any areas for improvement?

There was nothing other than pricing, which can always be improved.

We manage the schedule and the code delivery. They respond quickly, allowing us to monitor the status. During the development period, we communicated through Skype almost every day.

They could improve their schedule management. Some of the tasks are still overdue due to technical issues.

We are a medical technology company that provides a platform for doctor-patient video consultation and prescription home delivery.

For what projects/services did your company hire MobiStudioz Technology?

Since we lacked the necessary in-house expertise, MobiStudioz completed end-to-end development, which included integrating a backend with both web and mobile apps for iOS and Android.

What were your goals for this project?

We needed a navigable, intuitive app developed in PHP that offered rich video quality and required authenticated phone numbers to sign on. We also wanted the platform to feature both a patient and a doctor app.

How did you select this vendor?

The RFP we submitted on several platforms received over 30 proposals from different vendors. MobiStudioz was selected from a final pool of three vendors because they demonstrated the best understanding and had previous experience with similar projects. 

Can you go into detail about the services they provided and the scope of the project?

They designed the wireframes and suggested possible workflows, while we provided sample UI/UX designs and additional guideline solutions. They recommended integrating the video chat, our key feature, with third party video APIs. We collaborated on several tests in order to identify all bugs and issues and properly validate all of the features. They continue to provide support as we near launch.

What was the team composition?

There were six dedicated resources: one project manager each from both MobiStudioz and Alpha MD, a backend developer, both iOS and Android developers, and a solutions architect. The size of the team remained the same throughout the project, though there were some changes in personnel.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

The product is not yet live, but its development is a major milestone in order to generate the funding necessary to continue. 

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

The project management was conducted professionally, although it was not as effective as we had hoped. A few deadlines were missed, but the overall delivery of the product was not affected. Because we both spoke English, there was no language barrier, and we communicated primarily via Slack, Jira, Github, and Trello. 

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They offer impressive customer service, willingly correcting any issue without complaint. Their excellent pool of employees ensures that unavailable resources receive an equally skilled replacement.

Are there any areas where they can improve?

Their communication can improve slightly, especially regarding unavoidable delays.

We received leads from Facebook immediately and saw leads from Google come in after 3–4 months. The leads were qualified and drove sales growth.

We worked with a development team that changed during the development of the app. However, there were no issues and in fact, the work was done faster and was higher quality.
