I expected that reseller can provide Google Workspace services cheaper than on official website (in other case one would prefer to work with Google directly) and it will have the same stability and usability.
Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?
First of all, in 2024 we were offered with prices that are higher than those provided on Google Workspace pricing page. Of course, this can be fair, prices change, Google policy change, thus we though this is the right time to search for another vendor. We needed to make licenses count of Business Plus and Standard lower to switch more employees to Standard plan. I consulted the new vendor and they said we need FOTC to change renewal plan (on next renewal) to flex so subscription won't auto renew to annual plan with bigger and unneeded numbers. FOTC answered all the question regarding the pricing, but totally ignored us regarding any changes. I believe such behavior is highly unprofessional and should be known. A year ago, we had other issue with the bank returned our payment, thus one of the invoices was unpaid. Instead of communication or even call, FOTC simply disabled our 200+ Google accounts, stopping all the work. I wrote the email to FOTC CEO but did not received any answer unfortunately, so I cannot understand FOTC motivation in this case.

We were familiar with the concept of Google Cloud Partners earlier but hadn’t established cooperation with any of them till we ran into FOTC. We’ve met during one of the industry events, and started talking about what the partner could bring to the table. Optimization of cloud usage costs and stronger position in case of negotiations with Google were the leading ones.

The process was quick and simple. After signing the contract, FOTC Cloud Architect created a dedicated sub-account with free credits that we had to link with our GCP project. Also, instead of paying directly to Google, we get invoices from FOTC with a discount. Now we pay less for the same cloud solutions.

We’ve been constantly in touch with their Sales Representative. There has been no need to contact the FOTC support team, but we know who to turn to if necessary. The sales representative presented a cost estimation that included a discount that we couldn’t get otherwise directly from Google. Plus, access to reliable support in the local language was important to us, and FOTC’s technical team is one of the best.

FOTC’s team organized a smooth migration of our data to Google Workspace. All emails from the old server were transferred to the company’s Gmail accounts – it was a seamless transition for the workers. For us, insight into the mail archive is particularly important because we have a large group of loyal, long-term customers. They often search the history of correspondence up to 5 years in the past to track what was agreed in the early stages of cooperation.
The process of migrating additional services (Analytics, Ads, Webmaster tool) went smoothly and did not cause any interruptions in the functioning of the agency. All the tools that the employees use in their day-to-day work just as well (and often even better) with Google accounts.

In the first months of our cooperation, we were in touch with a sales and FOTC’s technical department. CTO and cloud engineers prepared a comprehensive migration plan to move the company’s data from the old server to Google Workspace. Our administrators can still contact FOTC’s support in case of any questions. We also have a good relationship with their marketing department – we engage in mutual promotional activities during events.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
Google Workspace allows the company to grow freely. The service comes with millions of integrations with third-party services – many of them speed up our work. The larger the organization, the more time we save thanks to this. The few dollars paid for Google Workspace are nothing compared to the benefits the implementation brings.
Ultimately, our transition to the cloud with FOTC leads to an increase in savings. The hosting server generates huge costs every year because of the big storage space we need. By switching to Google Workspace we get 30 GB per user – that’s a lot! And this includes the whole suite of office applications, videoconferencing software, and advanced security features. Plus, we can always count on FOTC’s support team.
