Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

The original goal of this project was to focus on productive ad spend with a balanced approach across all products in our line up. When the project started, our ad spend was high and we were not getting a lot of return of our investment. Our initial goals were to get our ACOS down to 20-25% while balancing our TACOS and profitability per sku. We wanted to stay within a 25K/mo budget in spend for everyday ads, while pushing this budget higher for new product launches.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We were able to meet all key deliverables within a 90 day period and maintain teh objectives throughout the course of the project. We maintained ~23% ACOS and the ad spend was kept at ~25K. We saw exponential growth in our ad sales which in turn helped drive our organic sales. Foster was a quintessential part in our account growing our top line by 63% during this project.

FosterFBA maintained the business without the need to check their work. They took initiative to really be a part of our company and maintain our best interest from our initial direction. We received weekly updates with Top 5's and Bottom 5's which helped steer our focus for the following week. These weekly reports reflected a top line view of the business as a whole, any changes made the week prior and any red flags that came up.
