I'm an executive at a compliance and identity platform. We provide compliance service solutions to most of the financial institutions that are seeking to have a process of digital onboarding and KIC.

What challenge were you trying to address with Fortis Media?

We needed digital marketing, branding, and SEO services for our company — we were a startup, so we needed more reach and to prepare all the marketing strategies for better branding awareness.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Fortis Media handles the complete solutions for our brand's SEO, PPC, and email marketing. For SEO, they help with keyword research and other campaigns with different backlinks, outreaches, etc.

They also work with an automated sales tool to help us contact key companies' key persons through LinkedIn and direct messages, which they automated. In addition, their team has helped us create display ads and have those implemented into Google and all the other search engines.

I mainly work with a project manager from their team.

They boosted the use of our website, visits, and conversion rates — they boosted everything by thousands of percentages!

They meet deadlines and are responsive. Also, they have all the answers to every question I have. Regarding communication, we use in-person meetings, emails, and phone calls.
