Our mission is to use creative to move the needle for our clients. We believe that creative can add value to businesses and organizations.
We partner with Fortune 500 companies, startups, regional businesses and non-profits, using our innovative and strategic branding and design approaches to help our client's elevate their brands and better communicate with their audiences.
One of our partners, Holly Robbins, is a former Target Corporation creative director. She helped develop and manage the creative for a wide variety of brands for Target, including food brands such as Archer Farms, Market Pantry, Choxie, pets and liquor brands, and holida designer brands. She also managed internal teams and external agencies for a wide variety of multi-channel campaigns, include the largest campaigns for Target—the holiday campaigns. She worked on a variety of notable campaigns, including Holiday, Halloween, SuperBowl and 2 Day Sale.
John Moes, also a partner at This Is Folly, worked for a key creative partner of Target's on brands such as Michael Graves and Phillipe Starck for Target. He worked on the Apple account and, notably, designed the orginal retail team lanyard for Apple's first retail stores.
This Is Folly has deep experience in naming, branding and identities, packaging (including food, chocolate, pets, hardlines, consumables, pharmacy, seasonal and electronics). We also are known for our signage and branded environments.
This Is Folly has a specialty in design for sustainability. TIF partner, Holly Robbins, co-founded an accredited Masters in Sustainble Design at the Minneapolis College of Art & Desgin, only the second Masters MCAD offered. The cutting-edge program is 100% online and attracts students from around the country and around the world.
