Please describe your company and your position there.
The field in which we operate is carsharing in Bucharest / Romania. Basically we rent cars and bicycles through the application that we make available to customers 24/7. The position I hold within the company is the chief sales officer.

Focal Hive came to the aid of our company when we decided to start a marketing campaign in order to increase the revenue and the number of new customers in the application.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
First of all, this provider came following a recommendation from a friend who has already worked with them. Following a selection of three companies, they were the only ones who managed to convince me with what they provided me in the presentation.

The first step is Contextualization, social mindset, public perception, current campaign analysis, problems and benefits, target segmentation.
The second is about creative concepts.
The third step performance tactics, website, use of databases, social media, videos, drip emails, partnerships, PR, and influencers.

How many resources from the sales team worked with you and what were their positions? I had the pleasure of working with three of their team that I interacted with, but I know that behind them are several employees. The people I interacted with are: Mihai Dumitrescu (Director of Customer Excellence), Adela (Strategy Director), and Diana (Refferal Marketing).

The thoughtful strategy has brought us a considerable number of clients in the company in the last month, and their dedication makes me aware that I have made the best decision to hire them.

Here the key was with them, because they know very well how to communicate with the client, and our team was able to provide them with the requested data in real time.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
The uniqueness made me impress, because they advanced in the business led by me and made such a detailed analysis in other countries, but especially in Romania. Based on that, they managed to come up with an extremely effective strategy, resulting in a fruitful outcome.

Joke aside, we really like the way we are and I wouldn't want to change anything on the team.
