We wanted to showcase our work as a leading construction management company in Calgary, so we decided to hire Flying Goose Media to handle our online presence. They are very well versed in social media management, video production and aerial time lapse videos showcasing our projects from start to finish. They helped us create engaging and informative content that highlighted our projects, our atmosphere and our team and deployed them on social medias while maintaining our brand values. We are very happy with the results and the feedback we have received from our clients and partners in the trades.

They delivered high-quality content that highlighted our expertise, professionalism and creativity in the construction industry while also adding a youthful and trending feel. The most impressive thing I found through working with Flying Goose was their professionalism and understanding of the current digital and social media landscape. Most agencies are out of touch and this team clearly knew what was needed to elevate our brand through video and social without altering our brand vision.

No complaints on our end. Looking forward to working with them again in the spring!

we have three restaurants side by side on iconic Lakeshore Drive. I am the sole owner and operator of Bukwildz which has blossomed over the years to become one of the 'must experience" spots in Sylvan.

For what projects/services did your company hire Flying Goose Media, and what were your goals?

We needed a campaign to pivot and keep the attention of our customers during a time of fear and frustration for everyone during covid. They are deeply connected to understanding what our customers wanted to hear and see to get the results we needed to get our place packed again.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We chose flying goose because they have a different perspective that stands out when they are creating marketing pieces. No one else stands out like this team when creating content and campaigns. They are my go to now after seeing the impact they can have with my customer base.

They started with a few interviews to get a good handle on what issues we were experience and took the time to truly understand our end goals. They spent extra days perfecting the filming and editing anything we wanted to add and really went over and above to get the best final product. We reviewed the final videos and took any feedback we had and immediately added to the end results, exceeding our expectations.

Corey was my main contact and his team was unreal. Very professional and you could tell each of them are very invested in the outcome. Anyone I ever met went over and above when asked to do anything.

Our sales have grown by over 20 percent since working with Flying Goose. They have understood how to really connect with our customers. They gave us a new voice and we continuously had to transition through covid.

Creative, detailed, progressive, fresh perspective, on time... every time, clear communication from everyone on the team at flying goose.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We admire their ability to understand and connect with my customer base even more than I could. It is absolutely the thing that stood out the most to me while they maintained my traditions.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

No, I have not experienced anything I would want to change. They are masters of their field. I just hope they don't outgrow me! Although I know they will.
