In my opinion, there is always room for improvement. One area that companies should focus on is holding their clients accountable for meeting deadlines. Despite the kindness shown by Flying Cat Marketing, a firmer approach to holding us accountable for our commitments would have been more beneficial. Overall, this is the only area where I see room for improvement.

My recommendation is to come with a very clear understanding of what it is you want to accomplish. Give Flying Cat Marketing the ability to execute from the moment you start the relationship. It's very easy to think you need a marketing or SEO partner without knowing the outcome. If you need help understanding the desired outcome but need help, let their team lead that research for you. Let them create that vision and stick to it.
