For what projects/services did your company hire Flux Creative?

We have used Flux for a number of design projects over the past four years including website design, development of materials, and video editing. I have focussed on the development of branding for a new investment for this review.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We were looking to update our list of preferred suppliers and connected with Flux through LinkedIn. Their creative, proactive, and fast-paced approach were deciding factors.

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

We were launching a new investment and needed a brand which felt like our organisation but made clear this was a distinct investment. We had early internal discussions before working with Flux to discuss the investment in greater detail, our ambitions and audiences. They then created a logo and colour palette, before the wider design principles and suite of materials.

We worked with the Creative Director Mark.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The brand is very recognisable and the materials have developed naturally from the original design brief.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Flux Creative is a very reliable agency that mixes proactivity and reactivity very well.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The timely development of our design, and understanding of how to achieve our goals from a design perspective.

I am the director of an alcohol brand that was created for exporting purposes. Focusing on the size and success of quality, high value goods in the APAC region.

For what projects/services did your company hire Flux Creative, and what were your goals?

We hired Flux Creative to develop both the brand for our company AND the brand for our products. Our goals were to create something both modern and of interest to the APAC region and the Western world.

How did you select this vendor?

I had worked with Flux Creative at previous companies and was always impressed by their attention to detail, speed and communicative process.

Describe the scope of their work in detail, including any steps and the final deliverables.

They worked with us very closely at every step of the way. Our feedback was always taken on board and there were no issues with several amendments suggested. There were several samples created and every meeting was well received, thought out, planned and presented.

We worked with both Mark and James.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We continued to work with Flux Creative all through Covid and actually launched the brand in to the Chinese market in Jan 2021. The brand’s success in the Asian market eventually meant that we had to launch in the U.K. also. This involves revised branding and a slightly different look.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

We had weekly meetings when required. Flux Creative we’re always very professional, well prepared and every meeting always felt like progress had been made. Communication was clear and they always stuck to our timelines, despite them often being quite right.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The speed at which they could pivot the given feedback or a change in circumstances is always appreciated. Flux Creative are very down to earth and always listen to the requirements and feedback. It was a joy to work with them on this project.

None.
