I am sales and marketing manager at Musafir. Here my role is to manage all the necessary work related to marketing of my company.

For what projects/services did your company hire Fluper?

I contacted Fluper for developing a Mobile app across iOS and Android platforms.

What were your goals for this project?

The primary goal was to develop an app that attracts the attention of the users. The main intent was to provide the users with a trouble-free app from which they can book their trip in an efficient manner.

How did you select this vendor?

Well, I searched a lot on the web and then later I contacted Fluper for my tour and travel app project. Without any doubt, the company delivered me with the best solution and that too at reasonable rates.

Describe the project in detail.

The main notion behind creating a mobile app was to keep users engaged through various activities like maps,notifications, and comparisons. We contacted Fluper to develop a mobile app across iOS and Android platforms. The main aim was to develop modern and professional apps for our targeted audience while providing outstanding user experience.

What was the team composition?

For my project, They allotted me with a dedicated project manager and there were two teams for my project Android and iOS. The teams consist of developers, designers, UX specialists, backend developers, testers.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The quality of the work provided by Fluper was outstanding. The app launch was successful and it is doing great in the marketplace. With their assistance, I was able to launch the app on time and now my company is planning to build one more app for our travel company, and we will contact Fluper once again.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The workflow was quite good with the entire team of Fluper. They were excellent and productive. They replied to all my queries on time through phone calls and messages by Skype whenever required.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Well, there are several things about the company that I want to share with everyone. The first thing that impressed me was their quick customer service. They were patient throughout the project. I have worked with various companies in the past but Fluper offered me with the best solutions.

Are there any areas for improvement?

As such there are no areas of improvement as they are doing excellent work. But I think they have huge potential and they can expand their services. They are growing at a fast speed and I think they deserve this success.
