I’m the founder and president of a wildlife safari company.

First, they built our WordPress website. Then, they started building targeted ad campaigns on Google with SEO. Next, they set up a blog for our site.

I went to the same university as Frank and met him at an alumni event.

We’ve spent $50,000–$100,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in May 2008, and our work is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Our blog landed us on the first page of Google searches frequently. Our monthly ROI ranges from 100%–200% on average.

How did FlexLeads perform from a project management standpoint?

Everything is extremely spot on and well done. We get a thorough monthly 18-page report that breaks down the analytics on how many contacts we receive in different ways. They’re always available and on time.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The level of professional care really stands out. There’s never an up-sale or a recommendation of doing something without the analytics to back it up. They always bring new ideas to the table.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, I’m a long-standing happy customer.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

My advice is to give it time. Trust the expertise that Flex Leads has. If you give them that faith, the ROI will come.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

From the start, our work with FlexLeads was profitable. We started tracking monthly spending against monthly sales from the start. In addition, our work with Flex Leads created a valuable pipeline of repeat clients.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timelines.

In the beginning, we had monthly in-person meetings. That was reduced over the years once we had a system in place that worked well. We always received monthly reports with details including ad spend, leads generated, etc.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The company's responsiveness and personal touch are why we loved working with them. The only reason we stopped was because of Covid-19's impacts on the travel industry.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Whenever we expressed any concerns, they responded promptly so nothing I can think of at this time.
