BACKGROUND

Please describe your company and your position there.

I am the CEO for Follow Up, a management company located in Washington, DC. We have between 0-10 employees and wanted to find a way to highlight our products.

We contacted Fletcher Marketing and everything went upwards. They provided market research, label design, website design, digital marketing and a host of other relevant services.

As a result of their services, our company has become more visible online and on social media platforms. Our sales have increased even during the winter months, despite marketing seasonal (Spring-Fall) products.

Fletcher is easy to work with and are very trustworthy people. This marketing firm is a one-stop shop, which took our project from an idea to execution. We are still clients and will continue to use their digital marketing expertise until we have develop that talent in-house or until the marketing analytics say otherwise.

We were looking for ways to brand our products. Fletcher was there to provide that service and more. They helped to design the label, branding, and online videos.

What were your goals for this project?

We wanted to create this product and needed help with marketing and ways to increase sales. We used Fletcher's digital marketing strategy to increase visibility and sales.

My partner and I interviewed three other marketing firms. Fletcher was the most expensive but Kelly Fletcher (owner) gained my trust by being blatantly honest during our first encounter. She told us things that we needed to hear and not things that we wanted to hear.

The worked with our company to design a product label from beginning to end and created a dynamic marketing strategy to increase visibility and sales.

What was the team composition?

Fletcher's team was comprised of very smart people with different skill sets. There was an visual designer, an Amazon marketing expert, website designer and host of other generalists who were helpful throughout this entire process.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We designed a product label, website, online professional video, and marketing strategy in a few months, despite limitations posed by the current COVID19 pandemic.

Our team worked seamlessly with Fletcher to accomplish this paramount of a task.

Fletcher impressed me with their flexibility and keen knowledge of marketing principles.

Are there any areas for improvement?

There are always areas for improvement but I do not have any substantial complaints that would warrant a response at this time.
