The team designed and built Tow123, a cloud-based towing dispatch and management platform. This included creating the core dispatch system, integrating AI-powered voice dispatching, preparing APIs for partner connections like Traxaro, and developing an admin dashboard with job tracking, billing, and reporting.

They delivered a scalable, secure platform tailored to towing industry workflows, conducted full testing, deployed the system, and provided onboarding and ongoing support.

While the overall experience was positive, there is room to enhance documentation and training materials for faster onboarding of new users. A more formalized timeline for post-launch feature rollouts could also help set clearer expectations. These are minor points compared to the quality of the work delivered, but addressing them would make an already strong service even better.

Some additional onboarding or a simplified overview at the start would have made the transition even smoother. Still, once we got used to the workflow, we appreciated the structure and transparency it brought to the project.
