I’m the creator and CEO of Angelique Cosmetics. We provide high-quality skincare products and services.

For what projects/services did your company hire Firstcam Creative Studios?

Because we lacked the internal bandwidth, we needed to outsource a vendor to help us establish a strong brand for our cosmetics company and lead an advertising campaign to promote one of our new products.

What were your goals for this project?

We wanted a new brand identity that made our products stand out and improved our recognition in the market. In terms of the promotional campaign, we were looking for a unique ad to drive sales for our new product, Angelique African Black Soap. We wanted the campaign to be different from the typical ads for healthy soap.

How did you select this vendor?

We searched for vendors online. We strongly considered two candidates, but Firstcam Creative Studio’s presentation of their past work really impressed my marketing team.

Describe the scope of their work in detail.

They primarily worked on developing our brand. We gave a short briefing at the beginning of the engagement to bring them up to speed on our goals for increasing our market visibility. Once they understood our needs, they designed and implemented a creative marketing solution. It was carried out in several stages, allowing us to evaluate our progress after each phase of work.

What was the team composition?

Our initial point of contact referred us to their creative director to listen to our goals for the project. From there, we worked with a team of about six resources from Firstcam Creative Studio, including a graphic designer, a product photographer, a copywriter, a logo specialist, and a social media advertising specialist.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Firstcam Creative Studio’s branding efforts generated a notable increase in awareness and product sales. The advertising campaign exceeded our expectations. The ads themselves were informative and aesthetically pleasing. My brand is now nationally recognized.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We communicated via email, and our collaboration was fluid. Firstcam Creative Studio delivered their work on schedule and was always prepared for appointments.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I was most impressed by their internal efficiency, which set the foundation for a smooth engagement from start to finish. Their team was timely, they used resources well, and they delivered high-quality work with minimal errors. I wasn’t disappointed with any aspect of their service.
