Often they have slow turnaround times, like a week. 20% of my e-mails go unanswered.
How did they perform from a project management standpoint?
Quite disappointing. In the incorporation, they didn’t provide me with a clear road map of all processes and documents that I would need, and in every new email, there was a surprise.
Often I got messages from different agents who were unaware that their colleagues had already responded, and it was pretty confusing.
