Firma was engaged to provide lead generation services for Quadroom via LinkedIn. The scope included the following key deliverables:

LinkedIn Profile Optimization – Enhancing Quadroom’s company and individual profiles to ensure they effectively showcase services and expertise in the real estate development sector.

Targeted Campaign Strategy – Developing a detailed LinkedIn lead generation strategy, including audience segmentation based on industry, job titles, and geographic location to attract the most relevant prospects.

Content Creation & Engagement – Creating engaging posts, articles, and messaging to attract and interact with potential leads. This includes both organic and sponsored content aimed at increasing visibility and engagement.

Lead Nurturing & Follow-up – Setting up automated systems to follow up with leads and nurture them through the sales funnel. This involves creating and tracking messaging sequences and automated responses.

Performance Analytics & Reporting – Providing regular reports on campaign performance, including the number of leads generated, engagement rates, and other relevant KPIs to measure the success of the lead generation efforts.

If we were to suggest an area for growth, it would be exploring even more innovative tools or techniques for lead nurturing, but overall, we are extremely satisfied with their performance and look forward to continuing our partnership.

Firma created our ideal customer profiles (ICPs) and buyer personas. The team also crafted a lead generation strategy and implemented it in practice. This included outreach on LinkedIn and email using customized sequences of messages.

We worked with about four teammates from Firma, including an account manager.

How did you come to work with Firma?

We found Firma through a referral from another company that we knew and trusted. We chose them specifically because of the reference we received. Many companies offered similar services, but the results were unpredictable. We were looking for a vendor with a proven track record of successful performance.

We spent around $7,000.

We worked with Firma from September–December 2024.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The quality of Firma's contact list was impressive. It was relevant 90% of the time from the beginning. Then, the team further fine-tuned their process of creating contact lists for us based on our feedback. We were positively impressed with the reply rates for some ICPs, which were about 25%. That wasn't something we usually saw on such a crowded channel as LinkedIn.

How did Firma perform from a project management standpoint?

Firma delivered all the main milestones on time. We primarily communicated through messengers and comments in Google Workspace.

What did you find most impressive about them?

We were impressed with the value for money that Firma provided.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Day-to-day communication with the account manager could have been better with more attention to detail.

Additionally, our brand visibility on the platform noticeably improved — we saw more profile visits, connection requests, and inbound interest from companies in our target industries. Overall, we were very satisfied with Firma’s work and professional approach. If there’s one area for potential improvement, it would be to establish even tighter alignment between messaging experiments and our evolving product positioning.

As our priorities shifted throughout the campaign, there were moments when closer real-time feedback loops could have helped fine-tune the outreach strategy faster. That said, Firma remained flexible and open to iteration, which we truly appreciated.
