The client group was looking to consolidate tech across 30+ member firms and needed a review of current state and assessment against market, with a phased roadmap focused on maximising benefits.

Board approved the roadmap and we are now implementing four of the 8 stages.

I think too much industry knowledge can sometimes be a handbrake on thinking including the potential to be too close to some industry vendors.  Wasnt a material issue however and one they were aware of and sought to manage.

Finura were engaged to undertake a full review of our technology solutions, identify issues being experienced with the current systems and recommend solutions that address those issues and improvide operational efficiency, our client experience and management oversight and compliance.

Implementation of new systems to add to / replace current systems that overcome the roadblocks identified in the discovery phase of the project.
