I hired Final Exchange LLC to design a website for my e-commerce business.
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
I placed a request for service on Thumbtack and Irvine responded in a very timely and professional manner. The dialogue he and I had while discussing my business needs, gave me a sense of assurance that he was ready, willing and capable of delivering a product that I needed for the success of my business.
He was also extremely patient with my limited knowledge in his field of expertise. I’m satisfied to have selected him to design my website. I spoke with several other individuals bidding for the job, but ultimately I chose Irvine and I have no regrets about it. I love my website!!! ❤️

5) After further consideration, made a decision to hire Irvine.

7) Irvine gave me a homework assignment…a list of things that I needed to provide in order to assist with the website design.
8) I gathered those items (pictures, logo, details, etc.) and forwarded them to him. In the meantime, he started creating the website. I could actually see his progress and was pleased.
9) I provided him with my HW assignments.

The project was done in multiple stages. We had a consultation to get an overview of what we were trying to achieve then frequent contact in developing before going live.

We had 1 team member who was very attentive to our needs.

Since our site went live, the feedback has been superb. We went from getting 1 inquiry a day to about 10 per day. Every client of ours love how easy the site is to navigate to get the information it needs.

Workflow was a breeze. We would have changes made in a quick turnaround and constant communication.
