For what projects/services did your company hire Fidelis, Inc.?

We hired Fidelis to transfer our server and setup a new phone system into our new office space.

What were your goals for this project?

Our goal was to make the transition as simple as possible without a moment of down time. We wanted to make certain our clients never received a busy signal, or unable to reach us during the transition to a new building.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor?

We were referred by our building landlord Rosen Harbottle Inc.

Describe the project in detail.

We met with a salesperson that helped us outline our needs and help us select the technology that met our needs. Fidelis then worked with the building contractor to run cable and setup our server room. They were on site during our move day and worked diligently to make certain our phones and computers were working the moment all of the technology was setup in the office.

What was the team composition?

We worked initially with a salesperson, who then set us up with a project manager. The project manager put together her team that worked diligently to make sure everything was working on "move day".

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Everything is working just as hoped and we have resources to turn to if we have questions.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Work flow was exceptional. They communicated regularly and we never had to "hope" it was going to go smooth. 100% confidence in their process.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Communication and willingness to be available during the entire move.

Our company was consolidating from three separate buildings to one brand new building. We engaged Fidelis, Inc. to tear down our IT infrastructure within three buildings and re-install it in our new building.

We hoped to have all of the equipment used by our 120 employees moved to the new location and set up along with our IT infrastructure.

We have worked with Fidelis, Inc. on many successful projects over the years. We trusted them with our latest and largest move.

We relied on Fidelis, Inc. to design and install every cable drop within our new building, which includes 230,000 square feet. We organized the project over a long weekend. Fidelis, Inc. provided a team to move servers, computers, printers, scanners, and copiers to our new facility and coordinate all cables and network systems so that it all worked together.

Fidelis, Inc. provided design, copper, fiber, break down, moving, and installation teams.

A project of this size involved hundreds of moving parts, and Fidelis, Inc. kept track of everything. We had 72 hours to move into and set up the new building, and it couldn’t have gone smoother.
