Please describe your company and your position there.

I'm the CTO of Antsys Innovations Pvt Ltd, an RF & Antennas Design and Manufacturing Company. We have collaborations with some indigenous as well as some Multinational corporations. We primarily work on State-of-the-Art technologies in the domain of wireless communications.

The scope of work for the supply chain management project with Fictivebox included the following steps:

Yes, the supply chain management project with Fictivebox produced several measurable outcomes and received positive feedback from our team. Fictivebox's supply chain management system helped us to optimize our inventory levels and reduce waste. This resulted in lower costs and improved delivery times. Our delivery times were significantly enhanced.

Fictivebox's Agile Methodology for project management which was organized, efficient, and focused on delivering results. Fictivebox is highly communicative and proactive in its approach to project management. They use a variety of tools and techniques like Jira, Confluence and Teams, to communicate with us, including regular progress reports, and weekly status meetings.

Fictivebox is very timely in its approach to project management. They set realistic deadlines and work hard to meet them.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Our most impressive experience with Fictivebox was their ability to understand our business needs and provide customized solutions. Fictivebox's combination of customized solutions, professional approach, and customer-focused attitude made them a valuable partner for our company.

We were extremely impressed with their services and would highly recommend them to others looking for a reliable and knowledgeable supply chain management partner.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

We did not experience any significant issues or areas for improvement during our project with them. However, there may be insignificant things that could have been done differently, such as additional training for our employees on the new supply chain management system or more detailed progress reports.

These are minor things that did not significantly impact the project's overall success and can quickly be addressed in future projects.
