The team is very flexible in timing. They can come on a call with as short as half an hour's notice. It's great working with these kinds of teams which you rarely find.

Documentation is available only at the end of the full project, this could be improved. Also, I would suggest if there is any area that they should be improving, it is their pricing, they charge much less than what they deliver.

there is still chance to improve on the calls, we need to explain over the call even if we send them emails explaining the project. If they could take this all online, it would be a great value addition.
