Feedbird creates and publishes social media messages on Facebook and Instagram on behalf of our organization, based on our guidance and using our style guide. Each month, Feedbird notifies us when it needs input on next month's social media posts and when the draft posts are ready for our review. Feedbird revises the posts as needed based on our review, then schedules the posts for publication once we've approved them.

Feedbird has produced and published the monthly number of social media posts agreed to, with a quality and timeliness that meets our needs.

Feedbird has an efficient system for soliciting input from our organization, presenting us with draft social media posts for review, collecting our revisions and approval, and scheduling the approved posts. They deliver their work on time. They are responsive to our input and questions. Their communications with us are professional and straightforward.

Their services are affordable, and the quality of their work is a great value.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Feedbird could have done differently?

The style of their draft social media posts, related to both copy and graphics, can be somewhat inconsistent; we assume this is due to differences among the people on the Feedbird team who prepare the drafts. We regard this as a minor quality control issue, and it's reasonably easy for us to resolve inconsistencies via the revision process. Considering how affordable Feedbird's services are, we have no significant complaints.
