Their role encompassed both strategic design thinking and the production of communication assets to position CODA as a trustworthy, professional, and innovative solution for housing cooperatives. The studio worked on translating CODA’s mission into a recognizable brand system that would be effective across digital, print, and institutional channels. This included the conceptualization and execution of brand elements, guidelines for consistent usage, and the creation of materials that support CODA’s visibility in incubators, federations, and potential clients.

• Chapter 1: Review and analyze the existing ERP developed in-house, with a focus on simplifying it for our operators. Additionally, create new system modules while mapping and understanding the key business processes.
• Chapter 2: Redesign the end-user app to improve functionality and user experience. We will continuously enhance both the ERP and the app to drive ongoing improvements.
