As per client's requirements, they required a rental website where customers can rent out products on specific dates. They also wanted to have the option to let the customers purchase the product. After the requirement gathering phase, we suggested them YoRent GoCustom package. After analyzing the design our clients had in mind, we started working on it and

added features that will make Rent For All a highly engaging online rental marketplace.

So far every technical issue we had was resolved by the FATbit Technologies team, our cooperation is successful and we hope our initial hopes and expectations will be met.

The responsiveness to our issues was immediate and everything has been solved. In order to communicate we use Bizixx, Skype and Whatsapp.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

FATbit Technologies was very responsive and provided a complete working platform as well as immediate tech support.

Are there any areas for improvement?

The only inconvenience we had was that the price they demanded for an additional feature (more than one VAT percentages option) was out of proportion and costed almost as much as the entire platform. So we had to find a way around it to solve this issue.

My goal for this project was to end up with a high quality online market place which met the standards required for the Dutch market (The Netherlands), within a certain price range.

How did you select this vendor?

I selected FATbit based on their website information and referals to projects already delivered. Also on their website you can already log in to the products in demo version.

The project was to develop an online Marketplace with multiple back-end users as wel on the buyer side as on the sellers side. The online Marketplace should have multiple navigation options which meant real complex coding and structuring. At the same time the usability should be of high standard in both the back-end as the front-end of the platform. The platform should also provided features to analyse sales, new customers, new sellers, sold products et cetera into detail.

What was the team composition?

The team had one team leader which was in the lead considering the communication with me. The rest of the team existed in about 10 perons and were developers of diffirent displines. The team had every aspect covered what the projcet needed.

The impact of the project is that without FATbit and the product they delivered I would not be able to start my business.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

The project management was arranged through a project management tool also developed by them called Bizixx. It was a very effective way of working and it kept me on top of the project at any given moment.

I was suprised by the high quality of work and the swift and thorough way of communicating. Every step of the process was discussed in detail.

I wouldn't change a thing. It was high level service.

The new app open our market to the whole world. Before that it was available only in USA and Canada.

The issues we wanted to solve was to create an advertising website that would be able to run as a cost-effective advertising platform. Advertising can be very expensive for small businesses and we wanted to be an outlet when it comes to helping promote our wonderful startups.

FATbit Technologies was a company we stumble across after we had a bad experience with a company within the States. When it comes to finding a company that was able to make our visions come alive, FATbit Technologies was able to show us they could do it all. We needed a platform that hosted many businesses and they had great modules to pick from. We found a platform that suited us well and would be able to perform adequately for us.

What were your goals for this project?

Our goals were pretty straightforward. We wanted an e-commerce site that would be able to host our local businesses in a few different ways when it comes to advertising. After some discussions with our FATbit team, we found that they had the ability to develop the site to our standards. We proceeded to hire them as our developers soon after.

The platform had to incorporate multiple ways of promoting businesses. So we needed some custom alterations to the coding on the platform. After we were given the demo of how our project would turn out, we were extremely pleased to have picked this company for our website development. This was huge for our company to grow and also for our future merchants to have an advertising website that can host so many different deals that best suits their needs.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor?

FATbit Technologies was a company selected after many weeks of searching. We stumbled across a few reviews that had grabbed our interest to reach out for more information. We had multiple companies we were in talks with before proceeding.

After having to change directions from the first company we worked with we were very cautious when choosing our future website development company. Our company reviewed our business plan and made sure we understood what we needed when deciding on our vendor.

After some arranging a few Skype meetings we knew that everything we needed to be done for our website would be possible. Our team of investors and I would ultimately made the decision to choose FATbit Technologies.

Describe the project and the services they provided in detail.

Our project started in February of 2019 and is ongoing as of now. We had to take a break to reanalysis our needs and to confirm what we wanted. Through our first couple of months, we had a team that we thought we had good communication with on how our project was to be done.

There had been some ups and downs throughout the process. Mostly good, but we did have a two to three-week stint that we lost communication with our team due to some changes within the company. This delayed us and aggravated us very much. We actually took the time to think about proceeding any further with this FATbit technologies. Our deadlines were getting pushed out without any heads up on what was going on.

Then came a change, a change that we were not happy with at the time, but turned out to be a blessing. Our business was transferred to a new team that has taken very good care of us and been patient as well as being much more punctual.

The communication had become much better with our new team that would understand all of our needs. We later wanted to invest more in our website and they were there every step of the way to help us build our vision. The consulting has been wonderful, especially when our time zones are almost 12 hours apart.

What was the team composition?

The team was mainly made up of two people. This does not count the developers that worked on our project in the backend. We would work with a salesperson for building quotes for all of the projects. Then we have a consultant that would speak on our behalf to the developers. She was also our go-to person with any questions throughout the whole process. The only issue we had through this process was our first team of two had been changed midway through our project.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

As a startup business, we cannot demonstrate any impacts to our business at this moment. All we can say is that our expectations with the website that is created for us to do business is spot on to our needs and we have high expectations with our future progress in building our company.

If our review was written back in April 2019 we would have a very different tone to how we talk about this being effective. Let's first explain the first process from February 2019-April 2019. Expectations on how the site was to be built at the time were good, but responsiveness and meeting deadlines were awful. We had our project delayed many times, we had communication issues with our team as well. After our team change had occurred we were put on a much better path to success.

Everything improved including communication and meeting expected deadlines. It was an unexpected turn around that we were very fortunate for. We still never were told what officially happened with our old team before, but we were happy to move on from them.

This company is based out of India and we had no language barrier whatsoever. But our time difference was 11 hours which made early morning meetings for myself living in central time zone. This also made late nights for the FATbit team which they accommodated too very often.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The most impressive feature I would say about FATbit technologies is they are what I like to call "YES MEN". Simply put, they can do it all. If you can think of something they will make it work. This certainly was the most appealing strength that ultimately made us choose this company to work with. Before working with FATbit we had previously worked with a company that always had limits to our ideas. We would recommend this company if you have an imaginative vision that you'd like to come alive.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Create a company here in America so we can work on regular business hours. This is totally a joke, kind of. With the team I have now, I would like to report no improvements. My old team would have had a laundry list of issues.

Fatbit Technologies were strongly recommended and under interview and assessment prior to the award of the works the team at Fatbit went above and beyond to answer any query we had leaving no doubt Fatbit were the team to build BottleSales software infrastructure.

Fatbit Technologies designed and integrated a purpose built state of the art system for BottleSales that is leading the curve in ecommerce here in Australia.

What was the team composition?

The team was large and verified and very competent in their skill sets . The team really did step up and deliver in particular when BottleSales wanted to push the enveloping in developing a leading edge platform that could scale to deployed into international markets. Many thanks to Gursimran Singh and his team , they did an amazing job.
