Large project of direct bill reconciliation began in December 2023. Of the 400 item list, they have been able to match 85% of cash receipts to downloads from insurance companies PER MONTH.

Yes, delivered on time. It took a few months for this project to achieve 85% success, but we are now pleased with the success. One member of their team is dedicated to us 5 days a week.

What impressed me the most about this company was their personalized approach. They took the time to understand my specific situation and needs, and tailored their recommendations accordingly. I never felt like I was just a number or a transaction - they truly cared about my success. 

In addition, their level of expertise and knowledge in the field of business law was very impressive. They were able to answer all of my questions and provide valuable insights that helped me make informed decisions. Overall, I was very impressed with their level of professionalism and customer service.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Farahat & Co. could have done differently?

While I was overall very satisfied with the services provided by Farahat & Co., there were a few areas where I feel they could have improved. First, their pricing structure was not always clear and I felt like there were some hidden fees. 

Second, their website and other marketing materials could have been more user-friendly and informative. Third, they could have been more proactive in reaching out to me with updates and progress reports. Despite these minor issues, I would still recommend Farahat & Co. to others and would use their services again in the future.

With the main goal of being fully compliant to our legal obligations, we hired a top audit firm in Dubai Farahat & Co. Their team sat down with me for the consultation and explained the process of audit in UAE. I was relieved as I've witnessed their professionalism. I hired them on the spot and then their team showed me why it's needed to check books of accounts. As I've found out, it is to provide an accurate view of our company's affairs. The farahat and co auditors in Dubai focused on financial reports of the business, determining the ones that are qualified and unqualified reports.

The team of Farahat & Co for audit service in UAE was comprised of 3 auditors with a head/leader, whom I absolutely enjoyed working with, Mr. Muhammad.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Like all other clients of the audit firm that I've read to be fully satisfied with their audit services, I was also very pleased to say the least. They were able to provide me with advice on how to develop our financial reporting process and ease the entire process of audit for the future. They have also provided us with reports that I was able to present to the board to let them see how the business is performing for the current financial year. On top of it all, the undertaking was done in an efficient manner. There was little interruption to our business operations. I am honestly very impressed. I will not be working with any other audit team – that's for certain.

My accountant only had to provide them with the books of accounts and Mr. Muhammad’s team did all the work. According to my accountant, their team even went beyond and gave tips on how to prepare books of accounts in case the business gets audited for VAT by the UAE Federal Tax Authority.
